CAN I BUY TICKETS IN PERSON INSTEAD OF ONLINE?
Tickets can be purchased in person at Tonbridge Gateway, Castle Street, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1BG
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Once a ticket has been purchased, no exchanges or refunds are available.
Tonbridge Mainline Station is 10 minutes walk from the Castle with trains running to and from London Charing Cross, Sevenoaks, Ashford, Canterbury and the Coast (Ramsgate & Hastings). Tonbridge is close by to major road links including the A21 with access to the M25 and M20.
Children are more than welcome to attend the event however their are no child reductions.
Please note that all children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
There are a number of public pay & display car parks behind the Castle with larger car parks found along the high street and one opposite Tonbridge Mainline station. Parking on a Sunday is free.
IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?

WILL THERE BE A BAG SEARCH?
Yes. Do make sure you arrive in plenty of time on show evenings, as to assist with the safety of all our guests a bag search will be carried out on entry to the Castle grounds.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The event is an all weather event so will not be cancelled due to adverse weather. No shelters are available so please bring a brolly or rainmac if wet weather is forecast!
Please feel free to bring your own picnic and any refreshments. We just ask you to ensure you put all rubbish in the bins provided and take everything away with you at the end of the event. Alcoholic drinks are permitted. No BBQ's allowed.
A small number of light refreshment stands of food and drink will be available once inside the Castle grounds.
HOW DO I GET TICKETS?
Tickets are available to purchase online through our website by clicking
here. Please ensure you print your ticket/s and present them at the gates on arrival. Tickets can be purchased in person at Tonbridge Gateway. You must bring this ticket with you to gain entry.
WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START/FINISH?
On Sunday evening the gates will open at 6.00pm and the performance will start at 7.30pm.
"A Night at the Musicals" is estimated to end at around 9:30/40pm.
The Castle grounds will need to be vacated by 10.30pm at the very latest.
CAN I BRING TABLES, UMBRELLAS & GAZEBOS?
No tables, gazebos or umbrellas will be permitted. If you would like under cover seating with tables you can purchase a VIP ticket.
CAN I SIT WHERE I LIKE?
All general admission will be served on a first come first serve basis. You decide where you would like to set up your base on arrival into the castle grounds. The VIP tent is for VIP ticket holders only.
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE START QUEUING?
Doors open at 6pm. As it is a first come first serve basis you can begin queuing from when you feel appropriate.
DO I NEED TO ARRIVE WITH MY GROUP?
Yes. Tickets are grouped according to your online booking. Therefore we suggest that your group meet before hand and come to the gate together.
WILL I BE ABLE TO LEAVE THE CASTLE GROUNDS AFTER ENTRY?
Yes, you will be. However, if leaving the premise you need to ensure you get stamped by a volunteer, otherwise you will not be allowed back in.
WILL I BE ABLE TO WAIT AT THE BACKSTAGE ENTRANCE AFTER THE SHOW?
No members of public will be allowed to wait by the backstage entrance. All members of public will be asked to clear the premises after the show. If waiting for a member of family who was in the choir you will be informed of where to meet them in advance of the show.
IS IT THE SAME SHOW AS LAST YEAR?
It is a completely different line up of performers - this year we have both male and female artistes. Last years big hit, Kerry Ellis will be returning to the castle and is joined by the incredible Ben Forster, Lucie Jones and John Owen Jones. The set list offers a whole new array of musical theatre classics.
